Overview

In 2021, Hilton Owners Club—Hilton’s owner loyalty program—reached out to Storyhorse for a refresh of their brand strategy and visual identity. Stakeholders wanted to determine the state of the program and what Owners were looking for in a loyalty program—and ultimately how we could create a visual identity that reflected the upscale, luxury program that we found that Owners were looking for.

The project involved continual communication with Owners Club stakeholders as well as Hilton Enterprise leadership. The visual identity went through many rounds of changes, and through it all our role was always to bring the foundation of the identity back to the underlying strategy we’d uncovered in the initial insights phase.
